Perfect for couples, families with children, groups of friends or solo adventurers. The apartment complex offers a concierge, elevator, a small gym, a business center and large outdoor swimming pool. Aldea Zama is a modern lush jungle development one mile away from the world famous beaches of Tulum. The space Apartment has A/C available in all spaces. Two bedrooms: (1) Master bedroom with a king sized bed (2) Second bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom comes with comfy beds, a private bathroom, ample closet space, sliding doors which lead out to the terrace, and black out curtains. *Baby Pack n’ Play portable crib and high chair available for families with babies.* Kitchen: Everything is brand new in this fully equipped kitchen, that has a refrigerator, microwave, utensils, oven, cookware, coffee pot, juicer, toaster and blender and plenty of cabinet space. Dining Room: The kitchen opens up to a large wooden dining room table which seats up to 8 people. Living room: Has a very comfortable L shaped couch and entertainment center with a TV where you can sign in to Netflix, Youtube etc. Terraces: There are 2 terraces, one overlooking the pool with two swinging chair hammocks and another overlooking the jungle with 2 wooden teak chairs and a lazy hammock in which you can lie in while sipping a margarita and watching the sunset. Washer/Dryer in the apartment There is a large washer and dryer inside the apartment for you to use. Bikes Bikes can be delivered for $8 a day per bike You will feel right at home and never want to leave TULUM. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the condo complex (pool, gym, business center) Other things to note FOR GUESTS STAYING MORE THAN THREE NIGHTS: Due to the high cost of electric in this area it is normal to charge separately for electricity. We take a meter reading when you arrive and when you are checking out. Electricity is charged at $6 pesos a kilowatt. In the winter months when usage of air conditioner is at a minimum the cost will run about $7 to $12 approximately. In the summer months in can double $10 and $20 a day depending on usage. We will cover up to $100 dollars in one month. We do ask that you pay in cash upon departure if you are notified of excessive usage; it can be in dollars or in pesos. In order to keep your costs to a minimum we recommend turning all the air conditioners off when you are not in the condo.
