Beautiful and peaceful secluded Cotswold House overlooking fields located in the small village of Luckington with Pub & Village Shop. City of Bath is 35 minutes by car, King Charles Highgrove Estate in Tetbury 15 minutes & Cotswold towns; Malmesbury, Cirencester & Castle Coome are all within 25 minutes drive. Chippenham and Kemble Train Stations with mainline into London Paddington are 25 minutes away. Country Pubs, walks, bicycling in abundance. The space This beautiful Cotswold Cottage is located on the edge of a lovely village with Village Pub, Shop (within the Pub), playground and lots of immediate walks across the fields. The main house shares a driveway and parking with The Studio & The Stables (also available for AirBnB at selected times of the year) There are two parking spaces for the Main House, additional parking can be found on the road. The Main House sits within an acre of private garden including a deep natural pond (families with young children or pet owners, please note the pond is not enclosed). The main entrance leads you into a Hallway and access to ground floor open plan, Kitchen, Dining and Family Room, Drawing Room and downstairs cloakroom. In winter the underfloor heating downstairs makes the house inviting and cosy. Stairs leading to the upstairs with family bathroom, 3 double bedrooms and one twin room. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Both bathrooms have rain shower, bath tub, toilet, sink and towel radiator. All bedlinen and towels will be provided. Guest access Guests will have full use of the Main House, 2 parking spaces in the shared drive way (shared with The Studio & The Stables) and the private garden overlooking the fields. There is outside patio & dining area with outdoor furniture, firepit and trampoline! Other things to note Please note there is a deep pond in the garden which is not enclosed. Guests with children and animals should be aware. The driveway is shared with The Studio & The Stables which are also available for rent at selected times of the year.
