Relax with the whole family or stay to hunt and fish in beautiful St Clair County with your best pals! This 10 acre property is situated in a hunters and fishermans paradise. The area is filled with deer and turkey. (No hunting allowed on the property.) In the Spring we have snagging, and crappie and bass bite year round. Located on pavement only 2 miles from 13 Highway, 5 minutes from the Sac Osage River (and a freshly dredged boat ramp), and 7 minutes from Osceola. Come relax and enjoy! The space 2 bed - 1 queen and 2 full size beds 1 bath with walk in shower Kitchen has all the necessities to prepare your food and a dining area with room for 3 or 4 seats. Family room has 4 reclining chairs and a 65" TV with streaming services and a DVD player. Ceiling fans throughout and a mini split system for HVAC. There are also laundry machines in the utility room for longer stays or travelers with plenty of laundry soap and dryer sheets. THIS IS A RURAL ACREAGE. Please understand that I spray and treat the property and house regularly but you may share the house with a moth or two and some Asian Beetles at certain times of year. I am certain these are accompanied by the occasional spider or fly. I stay here regularly and it's never been a big issue. They get in, they land, they die and I sweep them up. When I'm not there I have bug zappers plugged in to get the moths and beetles. Guest access Guests are welcome to the entire property but must stay out of and away from outbuildings including the shop and tractor shed. this is for the guests safety as there are materials and equipment in the area that could cause injury. please keep your children away from these areas. also there is a small pond in back of the large shop. at some times of year it can be home to mosquitoes and occasionally snakes. we are lucky to have possums and raccoons so they take care of the snakes most of the time. I've also seen armadillos. Other things to note The driveway is RV accessible if needed but there are currently no hookups. if that is something you require i can look into adding shore power and water connections at a later time. Also, I strive to make this the BEST place to stay in the area so please advise if there is anything that could be done to improve the quality of your stay. My wife and I love the property and love to stay when we can, and have made the place up to fit our needs and wants but we can always improve. thank you
