The space This welcoming lake home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and open dining/living room. A bonus enclosed porch room with fireplace and lakeview windows add a special place to read and enjoy a cup of coffee. Relax! A lower-level walkout gives easy access to the lakeshore. (Second bathroom is located downstairs as well.) Off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, yard area and private dock. Fire pit complete with chairs to relax in, as well as complimentary firewood, are a delightful end to your day. Other things to note At this time, Da-Otter Place has a "no pets" policy. As such, please contact the host with any questions related to this policy. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am to respect the other lake home residents and guests in the neighborhood.
