The Wyndham Kingsgate resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg and seven miles from Busch Gardens. The resort has a friendly staff that is available 24/7. The unit we have available for rent is a spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off with a separate living and dining rooms, private balconies, washer/dryer and a full kitchen. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The space The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,550 square feet. Guest access The rental is for the entire condo. All resort condos share the resort amenities. The resort has an amenity daily fee, $13.00 per condo, that is collected by the resort front desk. This fee is not included in the total cost on Airbnb. Other things to note The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE. The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in. The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos.
