Typical Normandy cozy farmhouse

Authentic Norman farmhouse composed on the ground floor of an entrance with storage, a living room with fireplace and children's corner, a kitchen equipped with a cooking piano, a dining room, a bathroom with walk-in shower (washer/dryer), and a separate toilet. Upstairs there is a 1st bedroom with a double bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and a 3rd bedroom with a double bed as well as a mezzanine desk + baby bed. The 6000 m2 garden has many fruit trees The space Come and spend a few days in the green with or without children in our Normandy nest, ideally located 1h45 from Paris, 30 minutes from Honfleur and 40 minutes from Deauville! The garden of 6000 m2 offers a green setting completely enclosed and ideal for children! The barn will allow them to play the shelter in case of rain. The many fruits are at your disposal depending on the season! (apples, peaches, quince, plums, nuts, cherries, blackcurrant, raspberries ...). The house is a typical Normandy longhouse with an entrance with storage overlooking the bathroom with large Italian shower, a separate toilet and the living room. The living room is equipped with a fireplace with insert, as well as a children's corner and a blu-ray player (no TV channels), many DVDs are at your disposal for an evening by the fire. The living room communicates on a large cozy kitchen with 5-burner cooking piano. You will also have a dining room communicating with the kitchen. To get to the upper floor the house has 2 stairs overlooking 3 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine office (note authentic longhouse so low staircase and door frame :) ): - one bedroom with a double bed 140x200, - one bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 and removable child gate, - one bedroom with a double bed 160x200. - There's also a folding crib available if needed. 2 bedrooms communicate with each other but have 2 separate stairs (narrow door frames). The house is close to the village (10/15 min walk) with all the first amenities: excellent butcher, bakery, pharmacy, en primeur, 1 restaurant... Including a small market on Saturday morning (including vegetables and fishmonger). You will also find a contact crossroads within 3 min by car! Other things to note Beds will be made before your arrival and towels are provided!
