This sunny self-contained apartment with private entrance is south-facing at the back of our villa, with all day sun, even in winter. From the studio/bedroom, you step directly through the sliding door to your own terrace with private swimming pool (8x4m), Mediterranean outdoor kitchen, bar and pergola exclusively for you as a guest. What information do we need? 📌 Passport details of you and all fellow travelers aged 14 and over. 📌 Your complete address in your country of residence. 📌 Payment details and email address. How will this work? The data will be collected in a rental agreement, which must be completed and signed returned before the date indicated in the agreement. **Your booking can only be accepted if you agree to share this information. AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING: We have air conditioning in both rooms for your comfort during the summer months and heating for the colder days. FREE PRODUCTS: We have personal hygiene and cleaning products consisting of shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, 2 rolls of toilet paper, cleaning vinegar, washing-up liquid and washing powder. FREE LINENS and TOWELS: Bedding, towels and beach towels are supplied free of charge. We do expect you to take care. There is a laundry prescription for the bedding, in case of large stains. We have a stain remover in case this turns out to be necessary. Always read the instructions carefully. ELECTRICITY AND WATER: We include electricity and water. We do ask if you want to handle this responsibly. Please, do not leave unnecessary lights and AC units on. Please turn off the air conditioning units when leaving the stay. Do not waste unnecessary water due to the drought in our area. WELCOME HAMPER: We offer a welcome package with water, bag of chips, tea, coffee, coffee milk, sugar, olive oil, spices, salt and pepper. REMOTE WORKING: We provide seating and workspaces for both indoors and outdoors by the pool with our beautiful views! We have tested stable and fast WiFi by AirBnB. OUTDOOR PERSONAL TRAINING: You will have the option to book personal trainings during your stay. The training is given by an ex professional top athlete who specializes in giving different forms of training at each level. YOGA STUDIO: Within our community (on our street) you can enjoy a relaxing yoga class during your stay. There is a weekly group class schedule of different yoga styles for each level. There is also a possibility to book a relaxed full body massage, Foot Spa or Indian head massage. The other side of the house is private property. The parking space is outside the fence of the home, along the road. (See photo in listing) Other things to note The apartment is less suitable for very tall people above 2 meters. The pool area is not fenced. There is a 1 meter step at the end of the terrace.
