The cozy red cottage is located in Lake Luzerne a 5 min walk to wayside beach, 5 min drive to the lazy river, 12 miles from fort, William Henry, 14 miles from Lake George the outlets, and Six Flags Great Escape & splash Water Kingdom. Enjoy the game room that features foos ball electronic hockey, darts and various board games. The cottage is also close to the Saratoga Springs area such as Saratoga Golf club 19 miles away, the National Museum of Racing, Hall of fame and casino 22 miles. The space There are 2 nice-sized bedrooms on the second floor of the home. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has two full-size beds. Both rooms have nice-sized closets and small dressers to unpack your belongings. We have an open-concept living room and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, and refrigerator with an ice maker. Enjoy our attached barn where you will find foosball, air hockey, wall-mounted connect four, and the electronic dart set with several game options. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except a closet in the hall that is for us and locked. Guest access 1. Smoking is not permitted in the house but on the premises. please do not leave any cigarette butts on the property. 2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. 3. The house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the guest's loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, it is agreed that all guests are explicitly assuming the risk of any harm caused by their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 4. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Sorry but PETS are not permitted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit our towels or linens to be taken from the house. 8. Air conditioning and fireplaces should be turned off when guests are not on the premises. All doors and windows should be locked when guests are not on the premises. 9. Water and Septic: Our house is on a well and septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. 10. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. We do not refund due to road conditions or weather. 11. Guests who disregard the rules may be asked to leave immediately and will not receive a refund. 12. The house cannot be host to parties. Other things to note We are in a central location within 10-25 minutes from all activities within the Saratoga, Lake Luzerne, and Lake George areas. 15-20 minutes away from Lake George Village, outlets, great escape, and Downtown Saratoga/Saratoga Race Track. Less than 10-15 minutes from West Mountain. A 5-minute walk to Lake Luzerne wayside beach. Less than 10 minutes to the lazy river and Many snowmobile trails are close by. Great for a family get-together, or a group of friends.
