Just a short car drive to the infamous Melbourne Beaches, shopping that boasts a myriad of dining options, as well as local attractions such as Turkey Creek Sanctuary, Castaway Point Park, Public Golf Courses, Andretti Thrill Park, Defy Trampoline Park, Downtown Melbourne, The Melbourne Mall, The Brevard Zoo, The Avenues at Viera, and Kennedy Space Center to name a few. Just a short drive away you will stumble upon a neighboring county where you can visit Disney World/Hollywood Studios/Epcot, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, Sea World/Aquatica, Old Town, Icon Park, and Wonderworks. In other words, “My Home is your Home.” Upon stepping through the threshold, you are immediately welcomed by two formal areas: a sitting room for casual conversation and fare, and an option for face-to-face dining. Just a few steps later you are greeted by a large, bright, open and airy family room with an extended leather sectional that reclines and seats 9, along with a large Smart TV and Sound Bar. Continue along to the fully equipped and modernly appointed kitchen boasting quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. From here, you can access the laundry room. Around the corner are two beautifully appointed secondary bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is a lovely fully furnished Queen Bedroom with a Smart TV. Bedroom 3 is a kid-friendly fully furnished bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, a Smart TV, a wireless video game console containing 20,000+ games, and board games. There is also an exquisite secondary full bathroom located in between the two Bedrooms. On the other side of the home is the beautiful Master Retreat fully furnished with a King Bed, Smart TV and En-suite for added privacy. End your evening while dining al fresco in the enclosed Lanai in the serene tranquility of a Semi-Private Backyard. Things to Know: Check-InTime: 4:00 p.m. (Flexible.
