Relaxing batchy home, just a stone’s throw from Pukerua Bay beach (at the bottom of the hill), popular walking tracks including the Escarpment trail and train station for trips to Wellington (approx 30-40 min train/drive to City) or up Kapiti line. Ideal for those looking for an easy, restful getaway or families for a beach holiday! The space Beautifully sunny, batchy house with fantastic sea views, large deck and outdoor area, great for entertaining/families. 10 minute walk down to beach or to railway station for trips into Wellington or up the line to Kapiti. Kayaks available to take down to beach, trampoline and wendy house for the kids. Configuration Downstairs: X3 bedrooms: x1 master with ensuite bathroom, x1 bedroom double bed and x1 single bed and fold out couch. X1 Ensuite bathroom (toilet & shower) X1 Family bathroom (bath & shower) X1 separate toilet room OK for up to 2 couples or a family of 4 to 5 Upstairs: Kitchen, lounge, utilities, garden/deck Guest access Parking off road, down private driveway. Other things to note Kitty Alert: We do have a little cat who is very independent but does like to come inside from time to time. If an issue, please advise! Baby/toddler visiting, let us know. If you require equipment (portacot/high chair etc) / baby proofing, we may be able to assist. Kids play set up in lounge- if preferred, we can remove for your stay!
