Nestled in the College Heights neighborhood, our apartment is your perfect college town get away. Whether you're coming to explore town, head to a game (WE ARE!) or attend a conference, we're ready to host your stay. Because of municipal regulations, our apartment is attached to our house, but you have a separate entrance and the apartment is all your own. Absolutely NO partying and NO smoking. We do have a very friendly, quiet, older dog that you might see; he does not go in the apartment. The space Our apartment is a 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located walking distance to campus. Because of local municipal rules, our apartment is attached to our house, but the space is entirely yours during your stay. There is a separate/private entrance to the apartment. We do live in the house, but use a different entrance. We do have a dog, but the dog does not go into the apartment space. Our dog is an older fellow who is quite mellow. There is parking for one vehicle. Guest access You'll have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. You'll have full, private access to all the spaces in the photos, except the backyard.
