The space The brand new independent house consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single kitchen-living room with a corner sofa that easily converts into a comfortable double bed. The kitchen is equipped with household appliances, small electrical appliances (toaster, coffee maker for filter coffee, kettle, electric coffee pot for Greek coffee) as well as all the necessary household utensils. The property has a private courtyard with an awning, solar water heater and outdoor shower. Parking is available in the courtyard of the house, but there are also parking spaces available on the street, which is low traffic, right outside the courtyard. Guest access The accommodation is just a 2-minute walk from the nearest beach, and you can walk to all the beautiful beaches in our area in about 5 minutes. In addition, Perigiali, Tsonima, Vromopousi and Porto Ennia beaches are about 5-7 minutes away from the accommodation by car. In the taverns of the area and the city of Lavrio, located 6 km away, you can enjoy your food. The Ancient Theater of Thorikos and the Vaulted Tombs on Velatouri Hill, near the Ancient Theater, are about 3 km from the accommodation. Sounion Poseidon's Temple is 15 km away, Athens International Airport is 30 km away and Athens is 55 km away.
