The space Freshly renovated tiny house complete with equipped kitchenette that has cooktop, mini-fridge, and microwave. Kitchen stocked with cooking ware to prepare food should you wish. Queen bed comfortably sleeps two adults with extra linens available upon request. Living room/workspace features a fold out Murphy table for remote working or meals which gives you the true tiny house experience! Full bath with new beautiful river stone tile. The property has private parking for guests and an entrance in the back to access the tiny house. Outdoor patio is available with outdoor seating. Guest access We offer accommodations only and prohibit all events on the property. We also have exterior video monitoring of the back yard which views the tiny house as well as the alley way behind the tiny house. This allows us to enforce house rules should it ever become necessary. Our tiny house is a great setting with the ample outdoor patio to enjoy downtime as you stay with us. NO animals or smoking of any kind on premises. Other things to note We are very responsive hosts so should you ever need some extra assistance we are typically close at hand. This tiny house sits on the back of our primary residence so you may see us using our backyard at times as we stroll around! This gives you the benefit that should you need anything out of the ordinary you can ask us. We’re strive to be as respectful of your space as possible during your stay. *Bi-weekly cleaning service including changing of bedding & towels will be scheduled for reservations over two-weeks in length. A cleaning fee of $30 per additional cleaning will be charged to the guests upon booking. Cleaning schedule will be coordinated with guest.
