Archipelago villa

Newly renovated typical skärgårdsvilla in the inner Stockholm archipelago (skärgård). Enjoy Stockholms skärgård without the crowds on Resarö. Resarö is just a 40 minute bus ride from central Stockholm, minutes form Vaxholm center but completely secluded and idyllic. Still you have everything you need at walking distance with an amazingly equipped local supermarket, Pavillongen - a restaurant/cafe as well as a wine cafe by the water. There are around 20 bathing spots on the island. The space The property consists of a main house with 4 bedrooms - a master, a guest bedroom and two kids bedrooms that can also be turned into standard bedrooms. We have a 0 and a 4 year old so kids equipment for kids around those ages is available. There is a massive play area in the living room and of course lots of space to play outdoors. We also have a little sauna house next to the main house that can be heated with wood. From the property its a 3 minute walk to jump into the water. Sports equipment - bikes, kayak is available locally. Guest access Guests can access everything apart from one storage that is locked.
