With 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, there's ample space for everyone. Relax in the backyard featuring an in-ground pool, BBQ grill, fire pit, along with direct access to the walk/bike trail through the back gate in the backyard. *All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents. *Renter must sign a Pool waiver via Docu-sign before your stay. The space *This property can be rented monthly in the off season (Sept-April) - please submit an inquiry. ** Please note - this property does not rent monthly from May - Sept ** - Private In-ground Pool in backyard - open seasonally (Closing date - first week in October - weather dependent) *Pool can be heated for your stay for an additional fee. - Firepit - Pool table - Foosball - Direct access to bike/walking trail from gate at the back of the yard -Outdoor shower (open seasonally) Bedroom 1: King Bed - 1st Floor Bedroom 2: 2 Twin beds - Basement Bedroom 3: 2 Twin beds - Basement Bedroom 4: Queen Bed 2nd Floor Bedroom 5: Queen Bed - 2nd Floor Bedroom 6: King Bed - 2nd Floor Bedroom 7: King Bed - 2nd Floor *All bedrooms have a bathroom attached to it. *We supply starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. OUTDOOR LIVING: Outdoor private back patio with in-ground pool, fire pit, sun loungers, BBQ grill, outdoor shower(open seasonally), and outdoor dining table on screened in porch with TV. INDOOR LIVING: Spacious living room with electric fireplace, huge fully equipped Kitchen, Smart TVs w/ streaming services, Dining table, ceiling fans, and pool table in basement. KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dual coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, dishware/flatware, cooking basics, kitchen island. GENERAL: WiFi, washer/dryer, linens, bath towels, hairdryer, central AC/Heat, keyless entry, dual coffee maker, beach towels, iron and ironing board. -Security cameras at front/side/rear entrances - No pets allowed PARKING: Driveway - 6 cars Guest access Guests have access to the whole home and backyard along with the in-ground pool (open seasonally).
