The space - Bedrooms: Two charming bedrooms with plush beds (one full size, one king size) and storage for clothing (closets and dresser). Linens supplied for your stay. Upstairs bedroom (king bed) has an attached balcony. Please note that the upstairs bedroom (king bed) does not have a door. It is an open floor plan. - Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with modern amenities. Upstairs bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and sink. Downstairs bathroom has shower, bathtub, toilet and sink. - Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Full sized oven, induction cooktop, fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances also provided (coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, electric kettle, blender). - Living area: Comfortable seating with a full size couch and cocooning swivel chair to take in the view of the bay. Fireplace for a cozy and relaxing evening. Views of the water will surround your stay. - Library: Two chairs with reading material and games for a rainy afternoon in. Free standing television for streaming services. - Outdoor Space: Spacious deck with panoramic water views, an outdoor dining area that seats six, an outdoor lounge area, a small propane fire table and full sized propane bbq grill. *** Cottage has direct access to the shore/water. Must be able to climb stairs to access. Additional notes: - Direct water access - Cottage is 4 seasons - Air conditioning throughout - High-speed WiFi - Washer and dryer on site - Free parking on premises for 2 cars - Linens are supplied - Basic toiletries are supplied Guest access Registered guests will have full access to the entire cottage and its outdoor spaces. Start your day with a coffee on the porch, take a leisurely walk along the shoreline, or simply unwind and soak in the tranquil atmosphere. Registered guests will share the stairs to the shore as well as the central common outdoor space (the six Adirondack chairs) with guests of the neighboring cottage. This setup is similar to how hotels arrange their common spaces, providing a shared area for relaxation and socializing. Other things to note - Not child friendly; our cottage is adults only. - Must be able to climb stairs. - No smoking on the entirety of the property (in and out) - No parties or events. - No pets. - Shoe free home. - Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am. - Interior is subject to change (linens, decor, fixtures).
