Perfect for two, this cozy and bright cottage is ideal for a romantic getaway, a solo relaxation retreat, or a nature weekend combining hikes and bike rides. The space A warm and functional interior: - Bright living room: sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette (induction stove, fridge, utensils), and dining area for cozy evenings. - Attic bedroom (max. height 5'10"): 2 80 x 200 cm beds (can be pushed together or kept separate as needed), with linens provided (sheets, towels) - Modern bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer for optimal comfort. - TV and seating area: for relaxing after a day of adventure. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the tiny house. It's the perfect opportunity to completely switch off. Guest access An idyllic setting to recharge: - Private 500 m² garden: Enjoy an outdoor area entirely dedicated to your relaxation, featuring a bioclimatic terrace (covered or open, as you prefer) - Stunning views of nature: wake up to the sounds of birdsong and enjoy your breakfasts outdoors. Activities & Discoveries: - Hiking: many marked trails around Signy-l'Abbaye. We provide you with maps of hiking trails or mountain bike routes. - Bicycle rental: €25 per day (€35 for e-bikes) to explore the surrounding area in complete freedom. - Breakfast, aperitif, or raclette basket available on request (and subject to availability) to treat yourself after a day of exploring. - Local shops: bakery (closed on Wednesdays), convenience stores, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, and laundromat within a 5-minute walk. - Local farmers' market: every 3rd Thursday of the month Other things to note Strategic location: Charleville Mezieres is 30 minutes by car, Sedan 40 minutes, Reims 50 minutes and Paris 2.5 hours.
