At the Foot of the Cherry Tree

We welcome you to Le Pied du Merisier. A comfortable, cozy cottage located in Signy l 'Abbaye with a large private garden. The place is great for 2 people. Perfect for getting green and relaxing in the heart of the Ardennes. On the program, hiking (many marked routes), bike rides or just relaxing. Possibility of renting bikes on site (€25/day, €35 for electric). N.B. No wifi in the tiny house. The space The cottage, all in natural wood, is composed on the ground floor of a bright living room with a living room (convertible sofa), a kitchen area. There is also a bathroom. The atmosphere is warm and very cozy. Upstairs, in the attic (max ceiling height 1.79 m), is the bedroom with two 80 x 200 beds, attached or separated, at your convenience. Linens are at your disposal (sheets, duvet covers and towels) Guest access You have private access to the cottage, and a reserved parking space. Guests can enjoy a "bioclimatic" terrace (more or less covered, according to your wishes), and a large unfenced plot all around the cottage. Other things to note In Signy-l'Abbaye you will find most of the essential shops for a pleasant stay: bakery (closed on Wednesdays), two convenience stores, bars, restaurant, bank, pharmacy, laundromat, media library... Charleville Mézières is a 30-minute drive away, Sedan is 40 minutes away, Reims is 50 minutes away and Paris is 2.5 hours away.
