It is perfect for small families, small groups or couples - ideal for four to six guests. The space The house has available to rent a completely self-contained apartment with 3 bedrooms located on the lower floor. The top floor of the house will not be occupied during your stay unless otherwise advised. A very comfortable apartment close to the beach and all Coral Bay attractions. It is perfect for small families, small groups or couples - ideal for four to six guests. There are 2 main bedrooms - both have 2 single beds that can be placed together if desired. The third bedroom has a double bunk bed. There is a lounge room (with TV), dining area, kitchen, bathroom / wc and laundry. In the kitchen there is a stove with oven, microwave and a large two-door refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The laundry has a washing machine and a 150L freezer. The lounge/dining/kitchen area has air-conditioning and all rooms have ceiling fans - except for the third bedroom which has a pedestal fan. A brick paved outdoor area and shaded pergola, gas barbecue and outdoor setting is at the rear of the house and is fully fenced for privacy. There is also a well set up fish cleaning table and outdoor shower - great for rinsing off the beach sand. Ample parking exists for your car and boat on the properties verge. Other than linen and consumables - everything else is supplied. Linen is available, at an additional charge; please ask about this when booking. Bookings are normally taken from Saturday to Saturday, with tenants vacating the property by 9am. The caretaker at Coral Bay will check the property prior to occupation and is on hand to help with any problems that may arise. Coral Bay is a remote and transient town, so it is very difficult to find reliable cleaners and help. Therefore we respectfully request that all guests perform a thorough clean at the end of their stay for the enjoyment of the next visitors. Guest access The property will be available for this booking - after 2pm on Saturday and must be vacated before 9am on the following Saturday.
