Cozy in Colquitt is the perfect oasis for you to come to browse the unique shops of small-town America, visit family, walk the square, enjoy our local play Swamp Gravy, peruse the murals, and meet gracious Southern people. Built in the 1950s, it was recently restored to bring a unique style that is comfortable yet beautiful for you to enjoy. Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms (each with private bath), half bath, laundry, sunroom, large open kitchen, plenty of parking. Master (king); guest rooms (queens). The space There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Master has king bed. Master bath has extra large shower with tub built into it. Large walk-in closet in Master. Guest bedroom close to master has queen bed, private bath with tub/shower combo, and closet. Guest bedroom close to back door has queen bed, private bath with custom tile shower, and closet. All bedrooms have chairs and TVs. Walk in back door into mudroom and butler's pantry. Guest room to left. Full kitchen to right with oversized island that seats 8. Turn right into open concept living room and walk out to sunroom with super comfy chairs for relaxing. Down the hallway is a half bath and laundry space, where you will find full size washer amd dryer. Guest room to the right and Master to the left. All rooms have ceiling fans and TVs. Hardwoods throughout. Tiles in all bathrooms and in mudroom. Guest access The entire home is available for your use. Other things to note There are two outdoor cameras (no audio), one facing the backdoor and one facing the sunroom door.
