It features a very bright, south-facing gallery, perfect for breakfast with the sun streaming in, and an outdoor area for dining al fresco. The property is fully fenced, so if you bring dogs, they can roam freely and safely within the property. Each season has its own charm: In the summer, under the shade of the mulberry trees. In winter, with the sun coming in through the gallery and the wood stove in the evening. During the season, calçotada (garlic and baby onion roasting) in the garden. The house is a 1960s country house, with the character and simplicity of traditional rural homes. We prepare and clean it carefully before each stay, but it’s not a new or renovated home with hotel standards. It’s part of the charm of the place. Since it’s located in the middle of the countryside, it’s normal to find elements typical of a rural setting: farm dust, insects, or the occasional cobweb. We try to keep everything in good condition, but nature is part of the experience. The property also includes a farm storage building, a workshop, and an irrigation pond for agricultural use (no guest access). Within the same property, there is also another independent house (Can Roquet, for 4 people). Guest access At Can Roc we share the estate with the orchard, chicken coop or pine forest and want guests to feel at home. Guests have private use of the house and garden. The property is a living agricultural space: vegetable garden, chicken coop and olive trees are part of the environment. We ask for respect for the space and agricultural material. Other things to note The final stretch of the access road is a dirt trail. Guests need their own vehicle. This is not a house on the side of the road or a hotel-style accommodation. Its secluded location is precisely what offers silence, privacy, and direct contact with nature. It’s ideal for those seeking a change of pace and authenticity. Not recommended for those looking for urban standards or pristine spaces. On the other hand, if you’re drawn to country life, tranquility, and places with character, you’ll find a special experience here.
