Beach house, right on the beach 5 m from the ocean

Right on the beach. Studio, w 3 comfy new beds (2024) and a pentry, WC and shower. Large ocean front terrace and balcony. Situated on the lovely Kampos beach, right by the ocean. Studio, of 40 square meters with 3 beds. The beds are nice and comfy, from IKEA bought 2024, with nice feather pillows. A small pentry with two stove plates, a small frige with a very small freezer compartment. Microwave with grill function. Coffe brewer, milk frother, water boiler and toaster. A small sink with hot and cold water and cuttlery suitable for 3 people. Washing machine. WC and shower. Large ocean front terrace. The house is built in 1890, and is attached to two other buildings. We have both the lower and the upper appartment in the house, and we only rent out the upper floor. There will be nobody in the downstairs apartment. Access to the appartment via stairs. You have access to the upstair terrace, but also the downstair terrace with a big table as well as the terrace on roof of the ocean front shed. We also own the below apartment but no one is there when we rent out the studio, so you will not share the terrace with anyone. Situated on the lovely Kampos beach. Walking distance to nice tavernas in the area. By the Kampos village, a very genuine and nice village, you find two tavernas and a pharmacy. In Kampos you have both the nice café "Sourta Ferta", where you can have good pizza, a beer or a crepe. We also warmly recommend the taverna a few meters up the road from Kampos square the excellent taverna open all year round run by "Zakarias", with one of the best foods on the island in our opinion. You can also walk on the rocks by Kampos beach west-wards to the ocean front taverna, only a 5 min walk, here you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner right by the sea. There is about 3 km to the main town on the north side of the island, Evdilos. Here you can find bakery, mini markets, book shop, travel agency, motor bike and car rental (We recommend MAV Cars), hospital etc. Guest access Guests have full access to the studio.
