This bright, air-conditioned 46 m² apartment, located on the waterfront in Carnon, offers the ideal setting for a vacation for couples, families or for a few days by the water. A large furnished terrace, high-speed Wi-Fi, private parking, and direct access to the beach enhance this bright atmosphere facing the Mediterranean. The space An exterior facing the sea A true extension of the living room, the terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors from morning to night. The open kitchen makes it easy to cook on site while enjoying the natural light and the opening to the outside. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and everyday amenities are available for a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment also has high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, books and board games, as well as a washing machine, a clothesline and a garment steamer. Night side The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests with: • A master bedroom equipped with a 140 x 200 cm double bed • a cabin bedroom with two single beds 80 x 190 cm Bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds are made before your arrival. Restaurants, ice cream shops, cafes, a market, a marina, and water activities are all easily accessible on foot throughout the stay. Guests are welcomed on-site to assist you upon your arrival and make it easier for you to settle in. The beach is accessible directly from the residence, without crossing the road.
