The Cortijo del Pino is an authentic 19th century Andalusian farmhouse near Granada, with a selected decoration, cosy atmosphere and familiar treatment. They are 4 independent houses within the same building, with capacity from 2 to 5 people: Tinao, Torreón, Cuadra and Atrojes, and occupy some of the old spaces dedicated to agricultural and livestock activity. The house Tinao contains a kitchen, an open wooden loft, an outdoor seating area with a pergola of wisterias. Available parking The space The Tinao house is located next to the Cuadra house and occupies what used to be the former barn and storehouse for agricultural tools of the Cortijo del Pino, an old fruit drying shed and dovecote located just 3 km from the city, in the quiet Vega de Granada. It is structured as a duplex, with a wooden mezzanine accessed from the living room. It has a large kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom and living room with fireplace. Cortijo del Pino is a large country house from the end of the 19th century restored to offer 4 independent rural flats (Atrojes, Cuadra, Tinao and Torreón) distributed in former farm buildings, in addition to the family home and other spaces for agricultural activity. There is parking and a wonderful swimming pool (6 x 12 m) with solarium and outdoor furniture available from April to November, as well as a small shop with local organic products (wine, oil, tinned food, cheeses, yoghurts, eggs...). The building is structured on two floors around a central courtyard with stone columns, a tower with a dovecote, a cistern and outbuildings for agricultural use. It is surrounded by abundant vegetation made up of centenary lime trees, palm trees, oriental plane trees, cypresses... The rehabilitation of the building maintains the structure of the building at all times and recovers most of the original constructive elements: carpentry, terracotta and ceramic flooring, and even traditional fittings and furniture. The atmosphere is very welcoming and authentic. In addition to its tourist use, Cortijo del Pino maintains its agricultural activity, with two hectares of organically produced fruit trees (apple, pear, plum, apricot...). Its staggered production throughout the summer is destined for local consumer groups and specialised shops in the town, which our clients are free to enjoy.
