Under the smoke of Leeuwarden lies the small village of Wytgaard. Here is our spacious semi-detached house with a large terrace, lovely large garden, heated swimming pool and charging station. The home is equipped with modern equipment, air conditioning and fireplace. Our space can accommodate 5 to 7 people and overlooks the village and is located opposite a farm. A quiet area just 20 minutes by bike to the heart of Leeuwarden city center. On the lower floor there is a large kitchen with cooking island equipped with all modern appliances, including Quooker. There is a large dining table and in the room a spacious sofa with wood stove. Also there is a desk in the living area. The ground floor has air conditioning. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and 1 room with a single bed. Here is also the modern bathroom which has a bathtub, toilet, 2 sinks, a rain shower with a lovely Sun shower. On the second floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and a sink . In our home you can unwind completely. The perfect place to cook together and dine extensively both indoors and outdoors. On the terrace two dining tables, a lounge sofa, hammock and not to forget a heated swimming pool. Parking is free on our driveway and there is space for 2 to 3 cars, also equipped with charging station (for a fee). Others There are two electric bikes available (men's and ladies bike) and two children's bikes (24 and 26 inches). The Lidl is a 5-minute drive away. Guest access You may use the entire house. 100m2 ground floor 100m2 upper floor + the third floor/bedroom Other things to note You can use the charging station, 11KW, at a rate of €0.39 per KWh.
