The GuestHouse at Skipping Rock Beach

Relax and rejuvenate with the magic of Lake Superior. The private beach (shared with neighboring owners) is great for swimming, launching a kayak, or simply skipping rocks. We are located two miles from Little Girls Point County Park. Saxon Harbor is 5 miles west. We are Ironwood natives and can be a resource to help plan your adventures from hiking to skiing. From sunrises and sunsets that set the sky ablaze to the peacefulness of stargazing, let Lake Superior be your inspiration. The space The A-frame house faces west and captures the sunsets across the large grassy yard. There are steps to get down to the pebble beach. There are two bedrooms in the main floor and four single beds in the upper loft. One full bathroom and a half bath are on the main level. The living room and dining area have full view of the lake. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house, large grassy yard area, and beach. The garage is unavailable at this time. Other things to note Please bring your own watercraft - kayaks, stand up paddle boards, or floaties. The house is set between a steep creek bed and a hillside neighbor. You'll feel entirely private in this setting.
