The maisonette has a private entrance and is on one level. There is a living room, which has a sea view, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds. Please note one of the bedrooms has an internal window that looks onto the living room. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Outside there are 2 verandas, one has a sofa with 2 armchairs and a sea view. The front veranda has a large dining table for 8 people, again with a sea view. The space Kea, also known as Tzia is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 3 to 4 ferry boats going to and from the Island in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Most of these homes are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style. The maisonette is in the area of Otzia and is 700 meters from the beach. 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to walk back.
