This is the perfect home for your next mountain getaway! Approximately a 5 min drive from Downtown Roanoke, the Mill Mountain Star/ Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Roanoke River Greenway. Our cozy mountain themed home is newly renovated. Located in a quiet and cute family-friendly neighborhood. Right down the street is the gorgeous Morningside park. Perfect for traveling with family, kiddos, or pets. The space Full kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, freezer air fryer, oven/stove, utensils, ice, trays, and other essentials Three bedrooms : a king bed in one, full in another, and a full-sized futon in the last Two full bathrooms; one upstairs with a claw tub and one downstairs with a shower tub Living room equipped with smart TV, sofa, recliner, and a coffee table Fully fenced backyard with spacious back porch I am a local artist and have created and photographed the majority of the art pieces you see hanging on the wall here, as well as the pottery Guest access You will have private access to the entire ground level and 2nd floor. There is a door to the basement that is off limits and will be closed and locked at all times. Other things to note No smoking or flames of any kind inside. Please smoke or vape outside Living at the mountains, and near the city, there are insects. Please throw away any food immediately and rinse off your dishes. We do not have a garbage disposal. We do have bug sprays under the kitchen sink as well, if you happen to encounter any creepy crawlers. If backyard fire pit is used please dump water on it before leaving it unattended. Please do not leave any appliances on unattended. This includes the dishwasher, as a fire can start. Thank you
