1 room with a double bed & desk by the Art Museum

One room available with a double bed and desk. Shared bathroom with one other guest room. You will also have access to the kitchen and balcony. Air conditioning throughout the apartment. Second room/study with a sofa bed also available on separate booking on Airbnb. This room accommodates one guest for a short-term stay or For long-term stays. I only rent it for one person, though you may contact me about having a visitor stay with you for short visits and we can add the extra guest fee. The space Prices for short-term stay are typically $100 per weeknight and $150 per weekend with a three-night minimum. Long-term rentals for a week or month welcomed (discounts offered and reflected on Airbnb). Longterm stays of 28 days or more normally average out to about $48 per night before the additional taxes and fees are added by Airbnb depending on the dates chosen. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment balcony, kitchen, living room as well as the rooftop deck and downstairs gym and game room. During your stay I live on the other side of the apartment and I am available to help provide tourist information. Other things to note Walking distance to most museums (Museum of Art, Barnes Foundation, Rodin Museum, Franklyn Institute). 15 minute walk to Rittenhouse Square shops, restaurants and bars. Walking distance to many restaurants and Whole Foods is across the street.
