Welcome to York, PA! This stylish duplex offers ample space & comfort for solo travelers. The space New owners & management: The space may look familiar to some. It housed many traveling nurses in the past and was recently renovated to welcome new and previous traveling healthcare workers, adult students, and professionals. Convenient location: Walking distance from multiple bus stops, 7 minute drive to UPMC Memorial and a 10 minute drive to WellSpan York Hospital. 6 unique bedrooms to choose from that all accommodate one adult. To explore more options, check out the co-host profile for Shine Realty Keyless Entry: Each exterior entrance is equipped with a smart wifi-enabled deadbolt, so you never have to worry about remembering a key during your time in our space. Your Room: You’ll have your own private bedroom with a cozy bed on the third floor and a unique door code as well for added security. Window a/c and linen are provided, along with a personal desk in your bedroom. Shared Bathroom: The laundry room doubles as a half bathroom on the first floor. Full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the second floor. Amenities: Upon arrival, you’ll be provided a starter pack of introductory essential items including toilet paper roll, paper towel roll, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee pods, kitchen trash bag. There will also be an introductory supply in the common living space of dish soap, basic cleaning supplies, tissues, and hand soap in bathrooms. After the initial supply, tenants will be responsible for supplying items throughout their stay. If you forget anything, Dollar General is just 4 minutes away and Walmart is 14 min away Main Level: The first floor features a kitchen fully stocked to make simple meals with standard appliances, an air fryer, Keurig, fridges with a reserved shelf for each room, and a labeled cabinet shelf with room number. Other shelves and drawers are stocked with common items for your use. Other common first floor rooms include a dining room, half bathroom, and living room equipped with a smart TV. Laundry: Help yourself to the stacked washer and dryer on the first floor. Each room will be assigned a laundry day, but feel free to come to a different agreement with your potential roommates that suits you better. We look forward to having you! Guest access Private room and shared spaces During your stay All communications can be done via Airbnb messenger during your stay :) I am available if you have any questions, but our level of interaction is up to you. Other things to note Parking: Our driveway has two spots that are first-come, first-serve. There’s plenty of street parking available in the front and on the side street connected to the alley that leads to the driveway. The driveway is a VERY short walk in the alley from the side street (~45 feet) before getting to our driveway. The fenced backyard has a pathway to enter through the rear door entrance. The front and back doors both have smart locks so park wherever is most convenient! Quiet Hours: You DO NOT have to be inside the house during these times, but we do ask that you would keep the noise to a minimum. We want everyone to have a great time at the house, but we need to be mindful of our neighbors! Safety: Your safety and the safety of our home matter. This property features exterior security cameras at both the front and rear entrance of the house Please note: Each room is for use by the person signing the agreement. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable throughout their stay. No overnight guests, parties, pets, or indoor smoking.
