Villas Corá 1 and 2 close to Punta Leona

Bring the whole family and enjoy the shared swimming pool and common area in these two new modern villas, each with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Each villa has its own kitchen and living area. For up to 12 adults maximum with 2 sofa beds available for up to 4 children. The space These new contemporary-styled villas were finished in 2024 and were designed for comfort and enjoyment by families. Each villa has a master bedroom with king-sized bed and private bathroom, and two bedrooms with double beds that share a bathroom. Total 2 master bedrooms and 4 regular bedrooms. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room of each villa to add 4 additional children if desired. The large swimming pool and patio are shared between the 2 villas with half baths available. The villas are located within a secure gated neighborhood with 24 hour security. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Access to the Punta Leona Club is available for an additional cost. Children under 12 are not charged. Rates change based on seasons and holidays and sometimes invitations are not available during peak dates. Other things to note 2 small dogs under 12 lbs are permitted for an additional fee.
