The staircase leads to a terrace that, with its large French window, illuminates the entire kitchen area. The furniture is very linear, chosen together over the years, and has hosted us, our children and my two beloved cats who were also free to roam around. The garden has a cherry tree and in spring it is beautiful with its white flowers, but in summer there are cherries available for our guests! The apartment has a large kitchen-living room with an extendable table and access to the bathroom, with a dressing room. The bathroom is complete with a bathtub with shower and a washing machine, and bathroom fixtures. The sleeping area is separated from the living area by a small and compact hallway where there is a split air conditioning unit, which adequately lowers the temperature in the two rooms. There are two double bedrooms. The largest has a small bathroom with toilet, sink and fan. It's heated by the floor, so there's no radiator. The double bedrooms have two large closets and overlook a terrace that connects them. The area is very quiet and peaceful, as it is a residential area consisting of a complex of low-rise condominiums, most of which are newly built and surrounded by fields and a large vineyard. In the surroundings, on foot, you can reach a parapharmacy, a bakery, a butcher, a laundry, three hairdressing salons, a historic and well-known restaurant, and twice a week (Monday and Thursday), the fruit and vegetable truck arrives, very popular and appreciated. Your 4-legged friends are welcome.
