Enjoy a stylish experience in this partially renovated place located a short walk (4 minutes on foot) from the beach of Heraklion and just 15 minutes on foot from the city center. The space You may meet two kittens on the stairs of the apartment building! They're our pets! They are fully vaccinated for both parasites and rabies. They never leave the house alone, so we would like you to make sure the main entrance door is always closed. In case of allergies, please let us know in time! Guest access Our place can be easily accessed by car, taxi or bus. There are two bus lines in the area: 1) the Heraklion KTEL with a low ticket to and from the airport and the Port of Heraklion and with access to all areas of the city. Its stop is a 7-minute walk from the apartment. 2) The free shuttle bus to and from the city center of Heraklion. Its stop is a 4-minute walk from the apartment. On the street in front of the apartment building there is free parking space all day long. The apartment is at the 3rd floor of the building. Access is exclusively by stairs. Other things to note In front of the apartment building there is a large square with a playground as well as the OFI stadium. Every Monday, 30 meters from the apartment, there is a flea market of fruits and vegetables from local producers, as well as clothes and shoes. Within a radius of 0.7 km from the apartment there are: - Supermarkets with delivery - the Mall "Talos Plaza" - the large coastal pedestrian street "Karavolas" with playgrounds, the largest fountain in Crete, with skateboard tracks and a bike path - restaurants with delivery for souvlaki, Fast food Goody's as well as Italian restaurants & traditional tavernas.
