Etrog Villa

Welcome to “Etrog Villa” – a charming hospitality complex located in the community of Ashalim in the western Negev. The property offers a unique atmosphere of tranquility and a genuine connection to nature. The villa includes 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the private courtyard, you’ll enjoy an Intex swimming pool, a dining area, cozy seating corners, and a gas barbecue station. The villa can accommodate up to 15 guests. The space The villa is built across two levels. On the first level, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with an extendable dining table for up to 12 guests, gas stovetop, oven, microwave, water dispenser, electric kettle, coffee, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking and serving utensils. This level also features a spacious living room with a large sofa, a 70-inch TV, and a guest restroom. The second level includes 4 bedrooms. Three of the rooms feature a double bed, one of which is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (toilet and shower). The other two bedrooms also include a single bed. From the master bedroom, there is access to a children’s room that includes a toddler bed, a single bed, and space for up to three mattresses, along with an additional bathroom with toilet and shower. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe or dresser, and three of the bedrooms include a 32-inch TV. One of the rooms also serves as a reinforced security room (safe room). An additional bathroom with toilet and shower is located on this level. The private courtyard features a 2×4 meter Intex swimming pool, a gas barbecue station, a large dining table, and shaded seating areas. For traditional and observant guests, a hot water urn and Shabbat hot plate are available. For the ultra-Orthodox community, glass plates are also provided in addition to the existing kitchenware. Guests also have access to three baby cribs and three high chairs. The villa and cabin can accommodate up to 15 guests. Guest access In the community of Ashalim, you will enjoy a peaceful and pastoral desert atmosphere, combining tranquility, wide open spaces, and a special connection to nature. Within the village itself, you will find a synagogue just a 3-minute walk away, a local mini-market for your convenience, and a warm, welcoming community vibe. Only about a 5-minute drive away, you can experience the unique and fun activity of sandboarding on the desert dunes. Nearby, you’ll also find natural and heritage sites, including Shivta – an impressive archaeological site in the heart of the desert. The area offers a wide variety of activities, hiking trails, and desert experiences for the whole family, and we will be happy to personally recommend and guide you upon arrival, so you can enjoy a memorable and enriching vacation. Other things to note The booking price includes 18% VAT. Tourists who present a valid passport and a valid B2 tourist visa are eligible for a refund of this tax at check-in.
