With views of Petoskey's Bayfront Park and Lake Michigan, we offer you a clean and stylish place to stay while you enjoy all of what downtown has to offer. There is sleeping room for five, convenient amenities, a fully stocked kitchen, yet the best is that we are within walking distance to many of Petoskey's desirable places to visit such as the Break Wall, Bayfront Park, Little Traverse History Museum, Crooked Tree Arts Center, and many more hot spots you and your travel companions may visit. The space We are a multi level/multi unit historic building in Downtown Petoskey with veiws of Bayfront Park and Lake Michigan. Conveniently located and recently renovated, we can't wait to host you and your party- up to 5 guests. Even though we are a multi unit building, we are currently the only short term rental, the others units in the building are long term or will soon be transitioning to short term. You will have your own private entrance and will not have access to any of the other units in the building. There is free parking directly in front of the building (3 parking spots) or extra parking across the road/building at Bayfront Park. Guest access Guests have full access to their private unit except a couple locked closets and cupboards where cleaning essentials and extras are stored. The deck has patio furniture (when the Michigan seasons allow) that guests will have access to. Other things to note This is a historic building of Petoskey that has been recently renovated. There is central air conditioning and a boiler system for heat. Although a multi-unit building you will have access to your own thermostat. The parking spaces in front of the building are free yet are based on a first come, first serve basis. There are three parking spots in front of the building, then there is public parking across the highway at Bayfront Park, directly in front of the building. The washer and dryer set up is a combo and you are welcome to use it, but it does take around 7 to 8 hours to complete a load of laundry. This is the only option that we were able to get in the unit at this time. We have two smart TVs in the unit. One in the master bedroom and another in the living room. You will need your own login information for streaming apps.
