Day-Use Party House

This house is ideal for celebrating with your family and friends, we have security throughout your party. The space is large with a covered barbecue and swimming pool! We have two rooms for DJ and karaoke. The space The price of the listing is for up to 15 people in a daytime period. The delivery of the keys until 7:00 p.m. for our security. The house rules were given after the reservation. However, the main ones are: Collect garbage and leave the bags closed in the laundry room. Collect tables and chairs from the outside. Do not leave meat or food leftovers in the barbecue. Do not hang anything on the walls. Ball just outside the house. The wooden room is not included. If you want to use it, an extra fee will be charged. Other things to note The House is for parties only not being able to sleep on-site. Maximum permitted use 7hs. During the day, loud sound, bands or live music are forbidden.
