Low price because this is a room in a house with other rooms for rent (you’re not renting a whole house, if 2nd bedroom upstairs isn’t rented then the bathroom will be private for you only). Breakfast provided are snack items for 3 days of starter items. This is a 5 bedroom house with rooms for rent. I can’t control normal sounds of other guest inhabitants during your stay. Private bathroom dedicated for only you. Sorry, but there are no common areas inside the house for guests access. All of the rooms and in the house (and yard) are off limits to guests. Guests are only permitted to access the bedroom and bathroom that they are renting. No visitors/additional guests other than the guest(s) on the reservation are permitted inside the house or on the property (including pools and jaccuzi’s). No exceptions. Thank you. A short 5 minute drive to Magic Mountain amusement park and Hurricane Harbor or Castaic Lake. Centrally located to public transportation and the metro link. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and Valencia's famous paseos! Rent a bicycle and ride for miles throughout the cyclist friendly valley along the bike paths and trails (or just stroll the beautifully landscaped 100 miles of paseos). Miles of hiking/mountain biking trails at Towsley Canyon just 7 miles away. More hiking/sight seeing is available at Vasquez Rocks Canyon Park approximately 15 miles away. Less than 3 miles to Henry Mayo Hospital, 1 mile to Valencia Town Center Mall, 2 miles to College of the Canyons and Cal Arts University, and approximately 10 minutes drive to Master's College. This is a very nice and safe neighborhood in Southern California. We are only about 20-45 minutes or so away from Burbank, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Ventura, Carpentaria, and the Beaches!!! We have 3 private pools and 3 private Jacuzzi's, private basketball court, parks, golf courses, and hiking trails. Santa Barbara and Solvang are less than two hours away by car, or take the Surf Liner Train and enjoy the view while relaxing as you watch the peaceful coastal scenery all the way to San Luis Obispo!
