Blackwater Bay Mae's Cottage

Mae's Cottage is a peaceful little bay house located right off of Interstate 10 in Milton (< 1 mile) and is within steps to the beautiful Blackwater River and Bay. It is approximately 100 yards from water access where you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or just watching the sun set. There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful little bungalow. The space Mae's Cottage is a charming 2 bed/2bath, remodeled 1960's block bay house. The master bedroom has a queen bed and has attached bathroom with walk in shower. Second room also has a queen bed. Second bathroom is a full bath with a standup shower. There is a full kitchen and is equipped with everything you will need. Keurig coffee pot with coffee pods are provided. There is parking for 2 vehicles plus a boat/trailer. There are two kayaks for your enjoyment to paddle around the beautiful basin. (Must sign wavier) Mae's Cottage is conveniently located within steps from Blackwater Bay with beautiful water views. There is a public boat launch approximately 100 yards from the property. From here you can easily access Blackwater River, Yellow River or head south to Pensacola Bay or Beach. We are conveniently located right off the interstate so you can easily reach Pensacola (15 min), Pensacola Beach (30 min), Navarre Beach (20 min), Milton (5 min) and surrounding areas. Guest access You will have private access to the entire house. There is parking for two vehicles on the left side of the house or you are welcome to park at the front door. There will still be room to park a boat with trailer. Other things to note Please only park on the left of the house or in the front. The property on the right side of the house does not belong to Mae. Fur-family: We allow dogs (Maximum of 2). No cats. Please do not allow dogs on the furniture or beds. Please clean up after your pet.
