Peaceful Cornish sanctuary.

Stay in a stylish apartment with use of our 1 acre garden and a private walled garden just for you. This spacious, light family house sits high up with huge views right across to Chapel Point. Sleep in 100% cotton sheets and feather pillows in a super comfy bed with a large bathroom. The kitchen/sitting room sofa is very comfortable for an extra guest. There is masses of space for parking and we even have a hot tub for your use (if you are happy to manage the lighting and stoking of the fire!). The space You will come in to the apartment from a side entrance straight into the kitchen/sitting room. There is a velvet corner sofa that is very wide and comfortable even for sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped and has induction hobs and a table top convection oven which is also a microwave. The tv has Netflix and bbc iPlayer. Through a door into the corridor and the large bathroom is on your left. There’s a very big family shower, loo and sink. Then the bedroom with a king size bed with memory foam topper and crisp cotton bedlinen, feather duvet and pillows. There is WiFi throughout and underfloor heating in the winter. Outside it’s a short walk up to your private walled garden and hot tub. You are welcome to walk up in the field above and look at the huge view and have a sundowner. There are chairs up there in the warmer months. Guest access This is a private annexe with own front door. I live in the attached house. Other things to note There is a £10 cash charge for a bag of wood. There will be two or three bags in the log store by the hot tub . This charge covers the cost of the wood and water plus cleaning. I don’t light it, it’s up to you! But please note that some people fail to get the hot tub up to temperature. It takes time and effort and I do ask you to leave the cash if you use the wood. Leave a good four hours plus of time to tend the fire.
