If smoke odor is detected, this fee will be charged to cover ozone treatment and washing of all soft furnishings (curtains, sofas, rugs). 🧹 Excessive Mess / Deep Clean: £100 - £200 surcharge. Our standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover. If the property is left with excessive trash, dirty dishes, stains on upholstery, or requires "heavy duty" cleaning, an additional fee will apply. ⏰ Late Check-out: £50 for every 30 minutes past 11:00 AM. Our cleaners operate on a tight schedule. Unauthorized late check-outs delay the cleaning process for the next guest. 🔑 Lost Keys / Lockouts: £50 + cost of replacement. If you lock yourself out and require a host or concierge to attend the property outside of check-in hours, a call-out fee applies. If keys are lost, the guest is liable for the full cost of replacing the lock/fobs. 🎉 Parties / Noise Complaints: £500 + immediate eviction. Strictly no parties or gatherings. If building security or neighbors report excessive noise or a party, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund, and a penalty fee will be charged for the disruption.
