There are many cafes, restaurants, bars, groceries, bakeries, shops, night clubs, theaters, etc around the flat. Also, from the flat guests have access to metro, bus, and ferry stations. It is only place in Istanbul that has access to all types of transportation. Bedrooms in the villa are private; other areas are shared. Guests can find necessary equipment for cooking in the kitchen. Garden can be used. The space The entrance to this villa goes through its garden which includes garden furniture that guests can use and get relax. There are 7 rooms in the villa. The room in this listing offers a wide range of space. It includes queen-size bed, working table&chair. The living room is shared with other guests. It includes TV, a couch, and a big dinner&working table. Also, there is a bar table between the kitchen and the living room, and there are 2 bar chairs in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, washing machine, kettle, plates, spoons, glasses, cups, pans, saucepans, etc.. From the kitchen guests can access to the shared balcony facing to the garden. There are 2 bathrooms, and 1 toilet in the villa. Usually bathroom in the upstairs used by guests who stay in that floor so most of the time it is shared with 2 other guests. There is also washing machine that all guests can use for free. Guest access Guests can access to their private bedroom, living room, kitchen, their private balconies and shared balcony, the garden. The garden is also shared with the building facing to the villa. The entrance floor of the building is also belong to us and used as co-working area. Guests are also free to use that area whenever they desire to do so.
