Relax with the whole family at the lake This peaceful place to stay, in quiet cove just minutes to main lake. It is a single family home with an in-law BASEMENT APARTMENT on quiet street. I LIVE UPSTAIRS. with my 2 dogs and a cat. Boathouse, kayak, canoe, paddle boards, floats available. Dock your boat or jetski to the side of boathouse. Fishing is great from the dock. The apartment is well stocked. There are books and games for guests to use. The space 2 Bedroom basement apartment with laundry room and bathroom. When the property is not booked, it is used for family friends so you will find spices in the cabinet and condiments in the refrigerator which you are free to use . I live upstairs . There is a pull out bed queen in the master bedroom which with advance notice I will have made up if needed. All of the float toys, kayaks, canoe and paddleboards are for your Guest access Go around back. Middle slider to get into the apartment. Other things to note Downtown Littleton is 10 minutes away. Timber Waters - microbrewery, Casa Mia - Italian Food, Number One - Chinese, Blue Jay bistro - American. Roanoke Rapids is 20 minutes away in the opposite direction which has pertty much everything.
