Penalty fees may apply if rules are not followed. ⭐ Neighborhood & Transportation The home is located in a quiet residential area close to major plants, refineries, hospitals, grocery stores, and restaurants. Free parking is available in the driveway and along the grass area in front of the home, making it convenient for contractors and long‑term workers with trucks or company vehicles. ⭐ Seasonal Note: Termite Swarm Season (May–June) Each year in Baytown (and much of Southeast Texas), termites swarm during May and June, especially in the evenings after rain and around outdoor lights. You may notice a few outside or near windows, and occasionally one or two may find their way indoors. They do not bite or sting, and we have regular pest control in place to keep the home protected. This is a normal part of life in Texas and typically passes quickly. Thank you for your understanding — and welcome to Baytown.
