ROOM WITH BREAKFAST. Our facility is a large comfortable house with a beautiful garden located on the outskirts of the city, where the nearby forest is 500m away. We have bedrooms with a large double bed with the possibility of an extra bed. In the morning you can have a good breakfast prepared with fresh products and meats from our smokehouse (which is the host's passion) The place is a good starting point for the Jizera Mountains and the Karkonosze Mountains. The space Our advantage is a beautiful and well-kept garden with a summer kitchen and barbecue, a comfortable terrace, a hammock and a place for a bonfire. Guest access Guests have their own room at their exclusive disposal. There are 2 bathrooms in the house (a bathtub with a Jacuzzi) that are shared with the hosts. There is a garden with a terrace, a summer kitchen with a barbecue, a hammock, and garden furniture. The kitchen is private, but we can cook a meal for you, provide a fridge, kettle and dishes. Parking is free, inside the enclosed property. During your stay We are here, we live here and we are here to help at any time. Other things to note The area is quiet, which is conducive to rest, the house is away from the road and sheltered by dense vegetation. We recommend going to the nearby forest for a walk, mushrooms, a bike trip, or to the nearby pond (500m) where you can fish after purchasing a permit. Every year in the first week of July, our city hosts the "SUDECKI FESTIVAL OF MINERALS", the largest mineralogical event in Poland, where stone collectors from all over the world gather. In the neighboring Bolesławiec, in August, the "BOLESŁAWIEC CERAMICS FESTIVAL" takes place, and in Zgorzelec and Gorlitz, the "JAKUBY OLD TOWN FESTIVAL" Świeradów Zdrój is 20 km away, where you can use numerous hiking trails, ski trails and bike trips, including singletrack. Karpacz and Szklarska Poręba are worth visiting. Nearby you can visit Czocha Castle, the Pilchowice Dam and relax by the lake. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Smokers are invited to go outside :-)
