Our cozy mountain home is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from downtown Dubois, local parks, and the Wind River. We are conveniently located 1 hour from Grand Teton National Park, 1.5 hours from Jackson Hole, and approximately 30 minutes beyond Grand Teton’s entrance is Yellowstone’s south entrance (open late April through November). In winter, Togwotee Pass—just 30 minutes away—is a popular destination for snowmobiling. The space Our home is a comfortable and thoughtfully appointed 936-square-foot residence. It features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Please note that the third bedroom is compact in size. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is a full bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed, while the 3rd smallest bedroom offers a twin sized trundle bed, ideal for young children. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home, with the exception of the attached garage, crawlspace, and exterior storage shed. Other things to note Important Information for Guests: Dishwasher: A dishwasher is not available in the home. However, we do provide dish soap and a drying rack for your convenience. Laundry Facilities: Onsite laundry is not available. The nearby laundromat is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Located at 408 W. Rams Horn St. Lawn Care Schedule: Our lawn care team waters the lawn as needed, beginning no earlier than 10:00 AM. Regular lawn maintenance is performed weekly during the spring and summer seasons, every Tuesday between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM (MST). If the scheduled maintenance time is inconvenient, please don’t hesitate to reach out. While lawn care and other essential services must be performed, we are happy to adjust the timing to better accommodate your schedule whenever possible. 🔥 Chiminea Use Policy We’re excited to offer a chiminea for your enjoyment! To ensure everyone’s safety and to comply with local laws, please read and follow these important guidelines: ✅ Allowed Use The chiminea is available for use outdoors only, in its designated location. 🔥 Fire Safety Rules Do not use the chiminea during Red Flag Warnings or fire weather advisories. These are issued during high wind and dry conditions. You are responsible for checking local alerts before lighting a fire. Never leave a fire unattended. Fully extinguish it before leaving the area or going to bed. Do not use gasoline, lighter fluid, or accelerants. Burn wood only—no trash, plastics, or treated wood. 🪵 Wood Supply We provide one complimentary bundle of firewood. If you need more, you are welcome to purchase additional bundles locally. Bundles are available at the Painted Valley Mercantile and Ranch Supply located 307 1st St. open Monday-Friday 8-5pm, the local grocery, and Ace Hardware. 🚫 Do Not Move or reposition the chiminea. Leave children or pets unsupervised near the fire. We want you to relax and enjoy your stay safely. Please use the chiminea with care and respect for the neighborhood and environment.
