High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, secure parking and lift access all included. Trams 16 & 64 are just steps away - arrive at Chapel Street in 15 mins, St Kilda in 20 & the CBD in 25. The space The apartment comfortably sleeps up to four guests and offers two full bathrooms, a dedicated workspace, secure underground parking and tram stops just moments from the front door. Whether you're visiting family, travelling for work or simply exploring Melbourne, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds - a peaceful base beside Caulfield Park with the city centre around 15 minutes away by train from nearby Malvern Station or around 25 minutes by tram from the stop just outside. Personally hosted rather than professionally managed, I prepare the apartment before every guest and aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is also where my family stays when visiting Melbourne, so it's equipped and cared for as a place we'd happily stay ourselves. Check-in is flexible – choose either self check-in via lockbox or a personal welcome and key handover, whichever you prefer. On arrival you'll find freshly baked bread from Baker Bleu, one of Melbourne's best bakeries, fresh fruit, coffee and tea, flowers from my garden and a few thoughtful extras to help you settle in. Other things to note The apartment is located on the first floor with a parking space located in the secure underground car park (lift and stairs available). Standard check-in is from 4 – 10 pm. To guarantee early access to the property, I suggest booking the night before, if available. Otherwise, early check-in (before 4pm) is subject to availability depending on the booking preceding yours (please get in touch at least 24 hours ahead). Standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out, I suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, late check-out is subject to availability depending on the booking directly after yours (please get in touch at least 24 hours ahead). Baggage: I'm not able to hold luggage before check-in or after checkout, but happy to suggest nearby storage options if that would help.
