Welcome to Ekhaga 34. A summer idyll with cycling distance to the sea & nature reserve. Tastefully decorated with inspiration from nature. This gem is located in a small, quiet summer cottage area in the middle of the oaks just before Torhamn. Here you can relax and enjoy the patio at the back. In the front, there is a lounge group for lounging by the outdoor kitchen, where you can also enjoy the evening sun. There is proximity to an Ica store, harbor, nature, ocean 2 km and lake 6 km. Both adults & children thrive here. The space Welcome to a charming home with two lovely buildings on the plot. Here you get the best of both worlds-a place for company and community, and another for peace and rest. The guest house overlooks the garden and is decorated with inspiration from the outdoor surroundings. The cozy stone house - This is where you socialize! In the stone house, there is a kitchen, dining area, lounge area and TV room, perfect for meals, game nights and pleasant moments together. The sleeping cabin – the detached building for peaceful sleep, (see pictures under bedrooms) The bedrooms are located in a completely separate building on the plot. Here you will find: -2 bedrooms on the ground floor (one with double bed 160 cm, one with bunk bed) - A cozy loft with 4 beds (Note: entrance is outside via a staircase on the gable) - Newly renovated bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine (entrance from the outside on the gable of the sleeping cabin) This setup allows you to sneak up early and settle down in the stone house without disturbing those who are still sleeping. If you travel with small children, it may be good to have a baby monitor, so you can enjoy in the living room but still have control of the bedrooms. Extra info Duvets & pillows are available. Bed linens and towels are not available, this takes the tenant with them. Wi-Fi and Apple TV are available. Exterior Two cozy patios for lovely hanging Barbecue and outdoor kitchen/bench – perfect for summer evenings Guest access The guest has access to the two different buildings on the property, one of which is a social cottage and the other building where you will find all the bedrooms and toilet. Outdoor kitchen, outdoor space Storage room at the back of the detached building (bedroom cottage) Other things to note Cleaning service is not included. Cleaning is done by the tenant. Cleaning materials are in the toilet. Vacuuming & wet drying of all areas. All recycling is taken away by the tenant (cardboard, plastic, aluminum & glass). There is a recycling facility about 600 meters from the cottage towards Torhamn. The entrance to the recycling containers is on the left opposite Ytterpark, the sign you see on the right-hand side when you drive towards Torhamn. Empty the garbage and prepare new, empty garbage bags.
