Gîte de Prymalya - Mountain

Welcome to my new little haven of peace dedicated to calm, relaxation, and ADULTS (vacationers and spa guests/package - no pets), 45 m², new, comfortable, very well equipped, to rest alone or with a partner (1 bed), and discover the surroundings, there is something for everyone! The vacation rental is located in a popular area of Casteljaloux (47) for its calm and greenery, away from city noise but close to shops and the center, even on foot! (Please read all the info) The space The gîte has 1 beautiful living room-kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 storage room, 1 toilet, and outside, free private parking, beautiful green exterior, equipped terrace. Accessible to people with reduced mobility PRM + threshold ramps provided (contact me for details and needs). - Living room: TV (+ headphone jack) with Netflix, Canal+, Disney+ (movies), WIFI 7, hi-fi audio station: radio, USB, Bluetooth, CD (bring your own, it's better😊), indoor games (cards, checkers, dice, etc.) and outdoor games (petanque, rings, Molkky, etc.) - Equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, multifunctional robot, and oyster knife for amateurs. - Other accessories: ironing board and iron, clothes drying rack, broom vacuum cleaner, household products and cleaning accessories. - Bathroom: Italian shower with sliding wall for easy PMR access, washing machine with dryer function, low mirror, single sink with drawers, hairdryer. - Exterior: cushions for the shaded relaxation area, beautiful terrace equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs, electric plancha and its service, large offset umbrella. Believe me, I love them, but our animal friends cannot be accommodated (no exceptions possible) for health reasons. OPTIONS possible only on request because each traveler is not necessarily a requester :) - (to be paid on site / check or cash): - 1 set of bed linen (1 fitted sheet + 1 flat sheet + 2 pillowcases) + bed made on arrival: €20 - 1 set of bathroom linen (1 large + 1 small towel + 1 glove): €20 - 2 tea towels + sponge: available - end-of-stay cleaning package: €50 - PLEASE NOTE! This package obviously does not include the maintenance of the accommodation during the stay, which must be done by the tenant(s). Dishes and appliances must be returned clean and tidy. This is only the end-of-stay cleaning (dusting, vacuuming and washing the floors)! A deposit check of €500 is requested upon arrival (delivered after checking the cleanliness and operation of all the elements of the cottage). Guest access The Montagne vacation rental is totally dedicated to you as well as its private exterior. Only certain parts of the land are shared, such as the access road, the bicycle shelter (by reservation only) and the bowling alley :) Next to it, its little brother Ocean can also accommodate other guests, but don't worry, everything is well soundproofed :) and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet! And if everyone preserves their own peace and quiet, that of others will be too ;)... Choose your favorite Prymalya gîte by booking on its ad! Other things to note Casteljaloux is full of activities for everyone! - Relaxation and treatments in the thermal waters of the Bains de Casteljaloux (2 km) - Casino with its pleasant terrace (café, restaurant, concerts...) (3 km) - 18-hole golf course - Leisure center at Lake Clarens (3 km): beautiful walk largely shaded, picnic areas, health course... and summer... supervised swimming (2 beaches), water and land activities ("Castel Adventure" tree climbing course, pedal boats, stand-up paddle, canoes, paintball, archery-tag, flyboard, "Aqua Fun'park" water park, orienteering course, fishing and handi-fishing (pontoon). - Municipal outdoor swimming pool with 3 pools (July – August) - Bike rental, Segway... - Rural Conservatory of Gascony (museum), cinema, Égrégore associative art gallery, municipal library, tour of the old town with its half-timbered houses - Various local activities via the Casteljaloux Tourist Office and the Loge Gasconne + all information to help you in your choices - Not to mention all the good restaurants in Casteljaloux!
