What a perfect place to enjoy your morning beverage overlooking the Eagles Mere Lake. Located within walking distance to The Sweet Shop or to the boat dock. The house affords 5 bedrooms and the lower level has a set of bunk beds! A great room for viewing the lake while cooking and convenient to the deck for serving.During July and August, rentals are typically from Sat thru Saturday. Please request any different scenario you may have! The space The main floor that is accessed from the front porch is the true entrance. Foyer, Living/Dining and alcove kitchen, screened porch, 1 bedroom (queen) with attached bath, a larger family room with a gas fireplace. All of these have access to the wrap around deck that affords the view from a lot of glass! Second floor offers on one side of the house, 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 4 bunks) and a full bath. Second floor with privacy includes a king size bed, walk in closet and the primary bath with a walk in shower. Lower level consists of a 3/4 bath that is located just off the outside entrance, family room with the ping pong/pool table and another set of bunks. The laundry, extra refrig and freezer space, extra range and garage access also from this floor. Guest access Guests can enjoy this entire house. Some storage spaces will be locked for owner's persoanal items. Other things to note In order to use Eagles Mere Lake, you will need to be a temporary member. Details are at the EMLA website.
