Great location with pool in central Nyköping

In our highly located villa you have nice views, pool and secluded plot (40 min from Kolmården and 1 h from Stockholm). We have a large terrace with evening sun, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and gas grill, conservatory, trampoline, swings, the world's most comfortable sofa and a cute cat. Gems like Stendörren and Berg's farm are perfect day trips. For those who want to take the evening dip in the sea, there is Femöres nature reserve twenty minutes away. We love to run in the woods below the house and bike down to the harbor with the kids. The space Single level villa with a furnished basement. Please note that it is a flight of stairs to the front door and a steep staircase to the basement floor. Accommodates six adults/teenagers plus one small child. Our villa is a quarter of an hour's walk from the city center. With us you live close to Nyköpingsån and the forest, which gives the opportunity for nature experiences. Many nice playgrounds within walking distance, as well as a football field for children with running in their legs. Within 20 minutes you reach several lovely swimming areas, both by the lakes and the sea, as well as Kolmården (one of Sweden's most popular zoos). Stockholm can be reached in one hour by train or car. OUR HOME The villa was built in the 40s, and has been renovated in batches. Everything is not perfect, but we love to stay here. We hope you will enjoy the house as much as we do, and take care of it as if it were your own. If you stay longer than a few days, you may need to clean the pool if you like to swim (very simple - it "vacuumed"). LUCIE THE CAT We have a black and white, long haired cat named Lucie. She doesn't hurt a fly and happily cuddles with whoever captures her trust. Lucie sneaks in the house when the patio door is open.
