The accommodation is located in a very quiet area. It is a strategic place as it is a few kilometers from the seaside areas of Lignano, Grado, Trieste and UNESCO sites such as the Lombard town of Cividale, the ancient Roman city of Aquileia and the starry fortress of Palmanova. Nearby are the mosaics of Spilimbergo, the medieval Valvasone (considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy), Villa Manin and the historic city of Udine. Nearby highway exits such as Porpetto and Latisana. The space The accommodation is located on the first floor, accessed via a private entrance to allow greater privacy for guests. On the first floor, in an open space, there is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and all the necessary cooking accessories, and a living room with a sofa bed and TV. Terrace, all windows are equipped with mosquito nets. On the same floor, we have a large double bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed. A bathroom with a washing machine and a shower. On the second floor we have a small gym, a terrace/solarium and a second bathroom with a bathtub. Air conditioners have been installed on each floor to cool the rooms during the summer season or heat the rooms during the mid-season. In winter there is a heating system.
